Mirus Group is hosting a class from Nazareth college in Pittsford today. Cathy Kirby's Graphic Design class is visiting our offices to take a tour and see some of the behind the scenes work at a real design agency. It's a great opportunity for students to get perspective of the industry outside of a classroom. As part of our long-standing friendship and association with the local institution, it is always exciting to see how the college is developing their arts, graphics, design and communication schools to help prepare the students for tomorrow's business world. And we're happy to be a part of that! Welcome Naz!

Happy St Patrick's Day to you, be you Irish or Scottish or Polish or Ukrainian, we can all enjoy a day together in the outstanding sun that showed up right on time. We even managed to witness a great throng of lovely green people disembark from a limousine and surround us. What an undeniably enjoyable afternoon!

Larger agencies like to call the shots with their clients, digging their heels in and saying "no, this is what you need and that's that." They lack the flexibility and desire to adapt and handle unique concerns. But we know that all our clients' needs are unique. We hope you were able to make it out to our Happy Hour open office party last Friday. If not, don't worry: after that turnout we'll be sure to have another one soon! A good excuse to check back here regularly or subscribe to our RSS feed for regular updates.

The turnout was great and a scheduled two hours turned into at least five hours of visiting, socializing, and fun! We managed to snag a couple pictures as you can see below, but we were having too much fun to hang out behind a camera all night. Altogether we estimate around 30 or 40 thousand people showed up.

Nick: "I think he's going to be in some sort of Apprentice show."
